A wearable device is designed to measure acute pain and tremor experienced by neonates in real time using the three physiological parameters, temperature, heartbeat, galvanic skin response and two behavioral parameters, crying and hand movements . Measuring pain and tremor in neonates is important to serve the neonates with perfect medications. The previous inventions use a bulky device to measure pain. The proposed method consists of two small wearable wrist bands made up of stretch conductive fabric. The biosensors and acoustic sensor are embedded only to left band and accelerometer is embedded to both the wrist bands. The display and storage of the data is over a cloud using IoT
